Frequently Asked Questions
Lead times vary based on the number of units, model complexity, and custom elements like printed bricks, stickers, or specialized packaging. Simple requests (up to 20 units) typically take about 1.5 months, while larger models with custom features can take up to 3 months.
Pricing varies based on several factors, including the number of models required, the size and complexity of each build, and any special features like custom packaging, printed elements, or stickers. LEGO® is a premium product, and our custom design and production services add to the cost. We do not receive discounts from LEGO® as we are not affiliated with them. To manage costs, we focus on efficient design to maximize impact with fewer bricks and may suggest using compatible bricks from other brands if specific LEGO® elements are hard to source or too expensive.
Our minimum is typically 25 units, though for larger pieces we can explore the possibility of a smaller quantity.
We’re a small family-run business with limited production capacity, so the maximum quantity we can produce depends largely on the size and complexity of the model.
For smaller builds (approximately 50 elements or fewer), we can typically produce up to a few hundred units. For larger models (ranging from 50 to 500 elements), we generally work in batches of around 50 units.
Customized features—such as printed elements or special packaging—may also affect production timelines and batch sizes.
We prefer using genuine LEGO® elements due to their quality, brand image, and sustainability. However, if sourcing specific LEGO® pieces is challenging or costly, we may use high-quality, LEGO-compatible bricks from other brands. These alternatives are nearly indistinguishable from official LEGO® elements and blend seamlessly into the final model.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
No, Bricked-it is not affiliated or recognized by LEGO®.
Yes. Due to recent changes in U.S. trade regulations, all parcels arriving from Europe are now subject to tariffs and customs clearance, regardless of order value. For our products shipped from Spain, U.S. authorities currently apply an import tariff of up to 15%, along with standard customs brokerage fees.
These charges are not included in our product prices and must be paid directly by you, the customer, to U.S. Customs or the courier handling the delivery. We will cover the shipping costs, but all import-related fees (tariffs + brokerage) are the customer’s responsibility.
